The Westham Office of Long & Foster Real Estate recently honored Silver Team agents for their success in 2020. Silver Team membership is comprised of three levels: President’s Club ($3 million to $5 million in sales volume); Director’s Club ($2 million to $3 million in sales volume); and Executive’s Club ($1 million to $2 million in sales volume). The agents recognized are: Alyson Stoakley – President’s Club; Shannon Clunie – Director’s Club; and Sherry Gee and The Zimmer Team – Executive’s Club.

Agents Jamie Sutton and Melia Flanagan of Glen Allen-based Weichert, Realtors - Baron & Snipes, Co. recently were honored by the national franchise organization, Weichert Real Estate Affiliates, Inc., as recipients of the Executive Club Award for 2020. The honor is awarded to Weichert-affiliated agents who achieve $75,000 or more in gross commission income or 30 or more units closed during the calendar year.

The following area businesses recently met the Standards of Trust required for accreditation by the Better Business Bureau serving Central Virginia and are now a BBB Accredited Business: Collawn Construction and Kustom Kreationz, LLC in Henrico and Superior Electrical Services, LLC and Virginia Staffing, Inc. in Sandston. BBB Accreditation means the business has passed 38 individual requirements within all eight BBB Standards of Trust, and that the business also contractually agrees to consistently abide by all Standards: Build Trust, Advertise Honestly, Tell the Truth, Be Transparent, Honor Promises, Be Responsive, Embody Integrity, and Safeguard Privacy.

Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer recently announced the following lease transactions in Henrico County: Shanco Companies, Inc. – leased 2,922 SF of office space at Grove Park I, 11551 Nuckols Road (Amy J. Broderick and Richard L. Thalhimer represented the tenant); and The Pit & The Peel, Inc. – leased 1,766 SF of retail space at Westhampton Commons, 5800 Patterson Avenue (Annie O’Connor handled the lease negotiations).
