Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer recently reported the following lease transactions in Henrico County: Kool Smiles – renewed its lease of 9,090 SF of retail space at Glen Lea Centre at 3800-3824 Mechanicsville Turnpike; Capitol Financial Solutions – renewed its lease of 6,185 SF of office space at Westerre II at 3957 Westerre Parkway; Vintage Glass and Pottery – renewed its leases of 4,900 SF and 2,000 SF of retail space at Hub Shopping Center at 6925 Lakeside Avenue; Commonwealth of Virginia-Department of General Services – leased 3,722 SF of office space at Vistas I at 5540 Falmouth Street; JuJu Bee’s LLC – renewed its lease of 2,500 SF of retail space at Lakeside Town Center at 6920 Lakeside Avenue; Artisan Nails – renewed its lease of 1,755 SF of retail space at West Broad Shopping Center at 9125 W. Broad Street; Johnson, Gasink & Baxter – renewed its lease of 1,687 SF of office space at Westerre Commons Condo at 3741-B Westerre Parkway; Penny Plate LLC – renewed its lease of 1,547 SF of office space at Cox Court at 4461 Cox Road, Innsbrook Corporate Center; Spirit Halloween – leased 12,500 SF of retail space at Broad Street Plaza at 9864-9900 W. The Innsbrook Foundation’s monthly gathering, Innsbrook Table Talks, will take place virtually via Zoom.com on Thursday, June 18 from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. Each meeting features economic, political or social leaders from the region speaking on various topics of interest within the business community. The speaker for June is Kelly O’Keefe, managing partner at Brand Federation, who will discuss how to reboot business marketing in light of the COVID-19 pandemic.
