Kiley Cousins

Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer recently announced that Kiley Cousins had joined the firm as a human resources specialist. Her responsibilities will include administrative human resources functions and supporting Thalhimer’s recruiting efforts for all business lines and office locations. Cousins is a native of Richmond and a 2021 graduate of James Madison University with a degree in communications and a minor in human resources.


Taylor Long Properties recently reported the following lease transactions in Henrico County: Family Life Services I, LLC – leased 3,000 SF at Hungarybrook Shopping Center, 1264 Concord Avenue (Rebecca von Meister represented the landlord); Braids by Kiana, LLC – leased 1,600 SF at Hungarybrook Shopping Center, 1276 Concord Avenue (Rebecca von Meister represented the landlord); Big Chile MX, LLC d/b/a Big Chile – leased 2,008 SF at Lexington Commons, 10184 W. Broad Street, Space 3 (Rebecca von Meister and Ellen Long represented the landlord).


Cameron Williams

Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer recently announced that Cameron Williams had joined the firm as research manager. He will be responsible for leading Thalhimer’s research efforts across the platform. Williams was previously with commercial real estate data provider, CoStar Group, in a variety of roles. He graduated with a bachelor’s degree from Rollins College and is currently pursuing a master of real estate degree at VCU.


The Shopping Center Group LLC recently renewed its lease of 2,456 SF at 7130 Glen Forest Drive (Zack Roski and Tom Vozenilek of Colliers International represented the tenant).


Danielle Beckstoffer

Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer recently announced that Danielle Beckstoffer had joined the Commercial Brokerage Group as a retail sales and leasing associate in the Richmond office. Prior to joining Thalhimer, Beckstoffer was an associate with Taylor Long Properties where she amassed a portfolio of shopping center listings that included over 200,000 square feet of retail space. She is a member of the Greater Richmond Association for Commercial Real Estate (GRACE) and the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). She studied at Randolph Macon College and VCU.
