Quincy Furman recently purchased 1,064 SF at 1961 East Nine Mile Road in Henrico County from Ridley Kellam Eunice for $200,000. Tucker Dowdy and Sam Worley of Commonwealth Commercial Partners, LLC represented the seller.

Bricks & Minifigs, a used LEGO retailer in Short Pump, recently announced plans to open a second location in Southside at 12421 Tennessee Plaza, off 288 and Hull Street. The Henrico store’s owners, husband-and-wife team Paul and Carrie Indelicato, also will operate the new location.
