Parham Road; Starbucks Corporation – leased 2,210 square feet of retail space at Tuckernuck Square at 9004 W. Broad Street; Summit Information Solutions, Inc. – leased 1,748 square feet of office space at Westerre II at 3957 Westerre Parkway; and Defenders, Inc. – renewed its lease of 1,570 square feet of office space at Parham Trade Center at 2500 E. Parham Road.
