Commonwealth Commercial Partners, LLC recently reported the following lease transactions in Henrico County: Kensington Glass Arts, Inc. – leased 8504-8506 Sanford Drive (Ben Bruni represented the tenant); C&R Consulting LLC – leased 995 SF at 5300 Hickory Park Drive (Eric Hammond and Michael Good represented the landlord).

TF Holdings, LLC recently purchased 7,350 SF at 3000 Impala Drive in Henrico County from Brown Hound Investments, LLC for $577,000. Ben Bruni of Commonwealth Commercial Partners, LLC represented the purchaser.

Danny Holly recently joined Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer’s Commercial Brokerage Group as a senior vice president for Global Occupier Services in its Richmond office. Prior to joining Thalhimer, Holly was a senior vice president with JLL where he led industrial brokerage managing both tenant and landlord/owner representation. He specializes in strategic consulting, improving the utilization of real estate to support strategic initiatives through market intelligence, logistics optimization, market forecast, planned growth and resource optimization. Holly is a graduate of the University of Richmond, E. Claiborne Robins School of Business, with a bachelor of science degree.

Kristan Cole has joined Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer as Director, Marketing. Before joining Thalhimer, she was the director of marketing for Commonwealth Commercial Partners in Richmond, where she oversaw the firm’s brand identity and comprehensive marketing and communications platform for all 15 office locations and 11 service lines. Cole brings over 16 years of strategic and creative marketing experience in the commercial and residential real estate industries and higher education. She established and executed business development initiatives, automated marketing efforts through Salesforce and Pardot, and has extensive experience leveraging corporate websites to enhance user experience, reposition the corporate brand, and integrate the website into a custom Salesforce platform for lead generation. Cole has held leadership positions at Virginia Commonwealth University and Virginia Tech in the University Relations and Licensing & Trademarks departments. She oversaw brand compliance for both universities' institutional and athletic brands, propelled sales of university licensed products at retail to benefit student scholarship funds and directed legal protection of each university's trademark portfolio. Cole earned a B.S. in Creative Advertising from Virginia Commonwealth University.
