Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer recently announced the following lease transactions in Henrico County: DBG Fitness, LLC – renewed its lease of 7,066 SF of industrial space at Gaskins Centre, Building I, 3801-3827 Gaskins Road (Evan Magrill and Dean Meyer represented the landlord); Chadwick, Washington, Moriarty, Elmore & Bunn, P.C. – renewed their lease and expanded for a total of 4,359 SF of office space at West Shore II, 201 Concourse Boulevard (Amy J. Broderick and Mark E. Douglas represented the landlord); Glatter Fitness – renewed its lease of 3,500 SF of office space at 6945 Lakeside Avenue (Richard L. Thalhimer represented the landlord); Kevleen, LLC – renewed its lease of 1,874 SF of retail space at 5412 Lakeside Avenue (Pamela H. Strieffler represented the landlord); Kabul Mart LLC – leased 1,165 SF of retail space at 2601 Tuckernuck Drive (Adam Nelson represented the tenant).


Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer’s Capital Markets Group has represented Colony Lake, LLC in the sale of Ice Zone Shops at Downtown Short Pump in Henrico. The property is comprised of 62,657 square feet and was 97% leased to six tenants at the time of the sale. Advanced Properties out of Boca Raton, Fla. acquired the asset on July 15, 2021, for $8,320,000 ($134/SF). Sale negotiations were handled by Catharine Spangler of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer’s Capital Markets Group along with Connie Jordan Nielsen and Nicki Jassy, also in Thalhimer’s Richmond office.
