Keiter recently announced that Richard Lewis has been named the firm’s practice leader of the Assurance Department and Asif Charania has been named its practice leader of the Valuation and Forensic Services Department. In their new roles, Lewis and Charania will oversee the strategic growth and development of their respective departments and will be tasked with developing new opportunities for their departments, marketing the firm’s services, identifying new professional development opportunities for their team, and actively acquiring new talent. Lewis has more than 17 years of experience in public accounting, leads the firm’s Not-for-Profit team and is a member of the Healthcare and Medical Practices industry team. Charania has nearly 15 years of experience and specializes in valuation and forensic accounting, including financial investigations and litigation consulting services. He will succeed Harold Martin, who has transitioned to a director at the firm. Keiter also announced that Vince J. Nadder would continue to serve as the practice leader of the Tax Department. Nadder has more than 25 years of experience in public accounting. He is the partner in charge of the firm’s Cost Segregation, Qualified Opportunity Zone, Enterprise Zone Tax Credits and Historic Rehabilitation Services, and the chair of Keiter’s Professional Services Industry team.


Ensaf Mart recently leased 1,615 SF of space at 9004 West Broad Street in Henrico County. Della Conti of Taylor Long Properties represented the tenant.
