Colliers International recently announced the following lease transactions in Henrico County: The Ram Law Firm – leased 1,166 SF at 7202 Glen Forest Drive (Megan Sullivan and David Wilkins represented the landlord); Legault Homes LLC – leased 5,535 SF at 11520 Nuckols Road (Megan Sullivan and Frank Hargrove represented the landlord); Southwest Plastic Binding CO – renewed its lease of 25,082 SF at 6601 South Laburnum Avenue (Rob Dirom and John Carpin represented the landlord); Gallagher Benefit Services Inc. – leased 1,269 SF at 5516 Falmouth Street (Megan Sullivan and David Wilkins represented the landlord).


Erin Keister

HCA Healthcare Capital Division recently named Erin Keister as the division chief nurse executive. In her new role, she will establish the overall strategic direction for the practice of nursing and nursing operations and the focus on care across the division’s 19 hospitals in four states (Virginia, New Hampshire, Indiana and Kentucky). Keister has worked for HCA Healthcare Capital Division for 10 years in various capacities, including chief nurse officer at Chippenham Hospital and at John Randolph Medical Center. She also has an extensive background in overseeing healthcare quality, both in the hospital and division setting. She earned her bachelor’s in nursing from Radford University and her master’s in nursing from Jefferson College of Health Sciences. She currently serves as a commissioner of nursing policy and practice for the Virginia Nurses Association. She also is active as an advisory board member for nursing programs at ECPI, John Tyler Community College and South University. Keister lives in Midlothian with her daughter, Emma, and son, Chase. She will begin her new role Feb. 21.


Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer recently announced the following lease transaction in Henrico County: NuSpine Chiropractic – leased 1,865 SF of retail space at Short Pump Village, 11400 West Broad Street (James Ashby IV and Richard L. Thalhimer represented the landlord and Nicki Jassy represented the tenant).


Commonwealth Commercial Partners recently announced the following lease transaction in Henrico County: Foods for Change, LLC – renewed and expanded its lease of 2,250 SF at 1110-1112 Westbriar Drive (Nash Warren and Kit Tyler represented the tenant).


Vinson Investments, Inc. recently purchased 3,685 SF at 3781 Westerre Parkway, Suites A and B, in Henrico County from Andrew Jackson, LLC for $700,000. Tucker Dowdy and Jamie Galanti of Commonwealth Commercial Partners represented the seller.


University of Richmond’s Robins School of Business ranked in the top 20 in the annual Best Undergraduate Business Schools rankings by Poets&Quants for Undergrads, the leading online publication for undergraduate business education news. The school ranked 18th, up from 23rd last year. The ranking methodology includes admissions standards, academic experience, and career outcomes data. The Robins School ranked 15th on career outcomes, 21st on admission standards, and 22nd on alumni experience. Poets&Quants highlighted the University of Richmond as one of two schools that reported placing 100% of the 2020 graduates seeking employment into full-time positions. The ranked schools in the report reflect the top 12% of the more than 840 business schools accredited by AACSB International, the main accrediting body for business education, as noted in a Poets&Quants release.
