Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer recently announced the following lease transactions in Henrico County: SK Short Pump – leased 6,714 SF of retail space at Short Pump Commons, 4300 Pouncey Tract Road (Annie O’Connor and Nicki Jassy represented the landlord); Pelagos VR, LLC – leased 5,195 SF of retail space at Regency, 1420 North Parham Road (Connie Jordan Nielsen and Nicki Jassy represented the landlord); Greater Richmond SCAN (Stop Child Abuse Now), Inc. – leased 2,974 SF of office space at Premier Tech Center, 2810 North Parham Road (Amy J. Broderick and Kate Hosko represented the landlord).
Healthgrades recently ranked two HCA Virginia Health System hospitals in Henrico County in the top five in several key areas. Henrico Doctors’ Hospital and Parham Doctors’ Hospital achieved the following rankings: No. 2 in gastrointestinal surgery, No. 3 in cardiac care, orthopedic surgery and surgical care, and No. 4 in gastrointestinal care. Healthgrades is an organization that consumers can use to identify the best hospitals for specialty care in each of 32 states.
Milkshake shop Coco + Hazel, located in the Tuckahoe Shopping Center at 411 North Ridge Road, will close in February, Richmond BizSense recently reported. Owners Carrie Walker and Laura Hinkle, who bought the business in September, say the Tuckahoe location’s 1,200-square-foot space was too small. The Coco + Hazel location at 2733 McRae Road in Bon Air will now become the chain’s sole focus.
