Curves, a fitness club for women, is celebrating the first birthday of their at-home video-on-demand program, MyCurves On Demand, with the introduction of their new Virtual Group Coaching membership. The program combines an at-home fitness routine – streaming classes using a resistance band – with the support and guidance of a live, virtual Curves coach to keep members accountable for achieving their health and fitness goals. In addition to the introduction of Virtual Group Coaching, Curves is celebrating with prizes and cash giveaways. Those who join MyCurves on Demand between Jan. 13 and Feb. 13 at Curves of Glen Allen or online will be eligible for a chance to win prizes including Curves merchandise and cash gift cards. Patrick Group, LC recently sold 1.53 acres at the intersection of Nine Mile Road and Kenway Drive in Henrico for $1 million to Rebkee Partners Kenway LLC for the development of a new 7-Eleven. John Jay Schwartz, managing director of Have Site Will Travel, Ltd and The Man with Square Feet, represented the parties.


Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer recently announced promotions within the company. Eric B. Robison has been promoted to executive vice president. Robison leads Thalhimer’s Capital Markets Group, focusing exclusively on the disposition of investment real estate and specializing in institutional grade office and industrial properties. He has been with Thalhimer since 2004. Graham Stoneburner has been promoted to senior vice president. Stoneburner joined Thalhimer in 2015 as a member of Industrial Brokerage Services, a group which he now leads. He focuses on landlord and tenant representation and uses his in-depth analytic approach and superior market knowledge to assist his clients. Alex T. Wotring has been promoted to first vice president. Wotring joined Thalhimer’s Richmond office in October 2015 specializing in both retail tenant and landlord representation. One of his principal areas of focus and expertise is retail tenant site selection across Virginia for strategic site development.


Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer partnered with The READ Center for the fourth quarter of 2020 through their Thalhimer Gives program, a company initiative focused on community involvement and charitable giving. Thalhimer associates raised $2,450 for The READ Center through its “Friday Jeans” program, which allows employees to wear jeans every Friday by making a $5 donation. In addition, Thalhimer provided associates with paid time off to volunteer at the Center and associates donated various office supplies.

Douglas represented the tenant); Comcast of Richmond, LLC – renewed its lease of 7,235 SF of office space at Westerre II, 3957 Westerre Parkway (Dean Meyer and Mac Wilson represented the landlord); Panda Express – leased 2,000 SF of retail space at White Oak Village Shopping Center, 4441 S. Laburnum Avenue (Connie Jordan Nielsen represented the tenant); Genetworx – renewed its lease of 19,335 SF of office space at Park III, 4144 Innslake Drive (Evan Magrill and Dean Meyer represented the landlord); Microbac Laboratories, Inc. – renewed its lease of 4,050 SF of industrial space at 2028 Dabney Road (Gregg W. The Sarah Cannon Cancer Institute at Henrico Doctors’ Hospital recently received a full three-year reaccreditation from the Commission on Cancer (CoC) — a quality-based cancer program of the American College of Surgeons. This accreditation recognizes cancer programs that strive for excellence in demonstrating compliance with 34 quality-based standards.
