Real estate development, building and management firm HHHunt is celebrating the 30th anniversary of its new home construction division HHHunt Homes. Since its launch in 1992, HHHunt Homes has become one of the largest home builders in the United States, ranked at #66 in 2021 by Professional Builder magazine’s Housing Giants list and #88 by Builder Magazine’s Builder 100 list. Founded in Richmond, HHHunt Homes offers diverse lifestyles through a wide variety of products and pricing. The builder’s well-received endeavors include the 2005 entry into the Hampton Roads, Va. market – from Williamsburg to Chesapeake – and the 2008 area expansion to the Raleigh-Durham, N.C. marketplace.


Commonwealth Commercial Partners, LLC recently announced the following lease transactions in Henrico County: Oak Park Med, LLC – leased 2,139 SF at 8921 Three Chopt Road (Tucker Dowdy and Michael Good represented the landlord); and Henrico County Public Schools – leased 48,500 SF at Regency, 1420 North Parham Road (Russell Wyatt, Randy Cosby and Chris Jenkins represented the tenant).


NPR Laburnum, LLC recently purchased 15,875 SF at 4817-4823 South Laburnum Avenue in Henrico County from ARKS, LLC for $1,467,750. Tucker Dowdy and Russell Wyatt of Commonwealth Commercial Partners, LLC represented the seller.


Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer recently announced the following promotions:

Gregg W. Beck has been promoted to senior vice president. Beck joined Thalhimer in 1997 and has consistently focused on industrial sales and leasing and development land sales in the Richmond metropolitan area.

Amy J. Broderick has been promoted to senior vice president. Broderick is an integral part of the Thalhimer office leasing team, specializing in landlord representation. She joined Thalhimer’s Richmond office in early 2015 with more than 10 years of experience in real estate, representing multi-family and mixed-use developers in Virginia, Washington, DC, and Delaware.

David Crawford has been promoted to first vice president. Crawford has a diverse background in retail leasing and development with more than 22 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. He specializes in retail site selection as well as landlord and tenant representation.

Reilly Marchant has been promoted to first vice president. Marchant joined Thalhimer’s Richmond office in 2014 and specializes in both tenant and landlord representation with a focus on restaurant and medical tenants in the urban markets of Richmond. He also is experienced in tenant site selection, as well as mixed-use investment sales in the Richmond Metropolitan Area.

Annie O’Connor has been promoted to first vice president. O’Connor joined Thalhimer’s Retail Services Group in 2018 representing both tenants and landlords, and has extensive experience in the restaurant industry.

Karla Knight has been promoted to senior associate. Knight specializes in office tenant representation and corporate services and has more than eight years of commercial real estate experience. As part of Thalhimer’s Tenant Advisory Group, Knight helps clients devise and implement long-term strategies designed to reduce costs and optimize the efficiency of their overall real estate footprint.


Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer recently announced the following lease transactions in Henrico County: Henrico County Public Schools – leased 48,500 SF of mixed-use space at Regency, 1420 North Parham Road (Connie Jordan Nielsen and Nicki Jassy represented the landlord); Rexel USA, Inc. – renewed its lease of 24,390 SF of office/warehouse space at 2522 Hermitage Road (Gregg W. Beck represented the landlord); and Facilities Bullpen, LLC – leased 4,306 SF of office space at 2120 Staples Mill Road (L. Birck Turnbull represented the landlord).
