Local engineering firm Draper Aden Associates recently named Thomas Laughlin a senior associate and Joe Cole an associate. Both employees are based in the firm’s Henrico County headquarters. Laughlin is a senior project manager on the environmental team. He has 27 years of experience and has been at Draper Aden for his entire career. He received a master’s degree in environmental science from Virginia Commonwealth University and a bachelor’s degree in environmental science from Edinboro University of Pennsylvania. Cole is an information technology member.


Colliers International Virginia, LLC recently announced the following lease transactions: Seven Pines Dental Group – leased 5,405 SF at 4501 S. Laburnum Avenue (Harrison Hall, Peter Vick and Maddy Spear represented the landlord); The Down’s Syndrome Association of Greater Richmond – renewed and expanded its lease of 2,452 SF at 1504 Santa Rosa Road (John Carpin and Megan Sullivan represented both the landlord and tenant); DispatchHealth Management LLC – renewed and expanded its lease of 2,346 SF at 7200 Glen Forest Drive (Megan Sullivan and David Wilkins represented the landlord); and MCV Associated Physicians – renewed and expanded its lease 1,738 SF at 2200 Pump Road (Rebecca Barricklow and Megan Sullivan represented the landlord).
