Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer recently announced the following lease transactions in Henrico County: Property Specialist RVA LLC – leased 22,506 SF of industrial space at 5701 Greendale Road (Craig Douglas represented the tenant); The Rinse Retreat – leased 1,095 SF of retail space at Wistar Center, 8101-8157 Staples Mill Road (Craig Douglas and Danielle Beckstoffer represented the landlord).

Henrico Gorman Rd LLC and Manassas Wellingford Dr. LLC recently purchased 105,000 SF over a two-building portfolio at 6301 Gorman Road in Henrico County and 7600 Wellingford Drive in Louisa County from BB&T Investors, LLC for $11,625,000. Ben Bruni and Joe Buhrman of Commonwealth Commercial Partners, LLC represented the seller.
