Chuckey’s Bodega LLC recently purchased 500 SF at 1307 Byron Street in Henrico County from Cottage Industries, Inc. for $105,100. Michael Mayhew and Chip Louthan of Commonwealth Commercial Partners, LLC represented the seller.


AIC Income Fund II Audubon, LLC purchased 317,400 SF on 15.994 acres at 5700 Audubon Drive in Henrico County from Audubon Drive Properties, LLC for $24,150,000. Ben Bruni and Russell Wyatt of Commonwealth Commercial Partners, LLC represented the seller.


Virginia Cooperative Extension (VCE) in Henrico County is seeking to hire two individuals for a 10-week paid internship. Interns will dive into the world of VCE and Agriculture and Natural Resources by assisting with Henrico client visitation programs, collecting well water samples, working with the Henrico Master Gardeners, market programs and update social media/website, and assisting with FCS/4H programs as needed.
