recently announced the following lease transactions in Henrico County: Mid Atlantic Mechanical Repair, LLC – renewed its lease of 2,730 SF of industrial space at Staples Mill Business Center, 8209-8231 Hermitage Road (Gregg Beck represented the landlord); Naz’s Halal Food – leased 1,410 SF of retail space in Short Pump Village, 11400 West Broad Street (James Ashby IV and Richard L. Thalhimer represented the landlord).


Brazilian restaurant Fogo de Chão is opening its third location in Virginia Feb. 12, at West Broad Village in Short Pump, 11221 West Broad Street. To celebrate its arrival, Fogo de Chão will donate a portion of its first week of sales to Feed More Richmond, a local food bank. Designed by global design agency Harrison, the new restaurant features a large dining room with a peninsula grill. Guests will be able to watch live as gaucho chefs prepare and grill high-quality cuts of protein over an open flame. The restaurant also includes a marble seasonal Market Table, dry-aged meat lockers for in-house aging and private dining spaces available for guests to reserve.


Medical spa Vita Pure IV has opened at 7110 Forest Avenue in the West End, Richmond BizSense recently reported. The 3,000-square-foot spa with 10 suites offers IV drip therapy, intramuscular vitamin shots, Botox, dermal fillers and weight loss injections. Other offerings, such as microneedling, chemical peels, laser hair removal, hydrafacials and diamond glow facials are planned in the near future.


Henrico Recreation and Parks is currently hiring for summer camp positions. Camp runs June 24 to August 1, Monday through Thursday, from 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. No nights or weekends are required.
