Grace James, LLC recently purchased a 1,499-square-foot office condominium at 5402-E Glenside Drive in the Near West End from Alexander Realty for $305,000 as the new office location of Kim Chandler with the Chandler Law Firm. Mark E. Douglas of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer handled the sale negotiations on behalf of the purchasers.
Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer recently announced that Emma Ghazaoui has joined its Commercial Property Services Group as a portfolio manager in the Richmond office. She has more than six years of experience in the management field and will be handling a mixed portfolio of office, retail and industrial property types. Prior to joining Thalhimer’s Commercial Property Services team, Ghazaoui was with Aneka Guna LLC and Affiliated Communities as a property manager.
Glen Allen-based Virginia Realtors recently installed Beth Dalton as its president for 2021. Dalton serves as the managing broker for the Tuckahoe and Centerpointe offices of Long and Foster and previously served the same role for the company’s Blacksburg office before moving to the Richmond area last year. She also serves on the legislative committee of the Richmond Association of Realtors.
