One South Commercial, a commercial real estate brokerage and consultancy headquartered in Richmond, recently announced it will become a standalone firm, evolving out of its long-time partnership with residential brokerage One South Realty Group. The transitionon is expected to be completed by early 2024. The United States Postal Service will host a hiring event for the position of city carrier assistant (CCA) every Friday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Richmond Main Post Office, 1801 Brook Road. CCAs may be required to work any day of the week, including weekends and holidays as scheduled.
