River City Consulting LLC, a Henrico-based branding and advertising agency, recently announced a new division. In addition to branding, website design, digital marketing and consultative services, the agency now offers media placement. The River City Media division provides targeted media strategy, production and placement across local, regional and national markets. The division is headed by Jen Reed in Virginia Beach. Reed brings more than 13 years of experience managing media placement and buying.


The Innsbrook Foundation’s monthly gathering, Innsbrook Table Talks, will take place Thursday, Aug. 19 from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Marriott Hotel in Innsbrook. The event will feature a panel discussion with Richmond leaders in the hospitality business including J.C. Poma, director of sports relations at Richmond Region Tourism; Amy DuFour, director of marketing at Capital Ale House; and Jeff Ottaviano, owner of Dover Hall Experiences. Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer recently announced that Craig Douglas has joined the Commercial Brokerage Group in its Richmond office, where he will specialize in industrial sales and leasing. Prior to joining Thalhimer, Douglas was a residential property manager at Dodson Property Management, responsible for managing homeowner associations and multifamily properties. Douglas is a 2019 graduate of James Madison University.

Lewis Road Land Company, LLC recently purchased the 5,416-square-foot industrial building situated on 2.6 acres at 5851 Lewis Road in Eastern Henrico from American Business Continuity Domes, Inc. for $1.15 million.
