HCA Virginia Health System’s Henrico Doctors’ Hospital and Parham Doctors’ Hospital recently earned a five-star ranking from the Center for Medicaid and Medicare Services (CMS). This national distinction recognizes the hospitals’ performance across five quality categories: safety of care, mortality, patient experience, readmission rates, and timely and effective care. Data reporting periods range from July 2018 to March 2022, depending on the measure. Seven other HCA Virginia hospitals earned either a four- or five-star rating.
