Colliers International recently announced the following lease transactions in Henrico County: Valley Group, Inc. – renewed its lease of 1,754 SF at 7202 Glen Forest Drive (Malcolm Randolph and Catherine Walker represented the landlord); Arcadia U.S., Inc. – renewed its lease of 4,462 SF at 9954 Mayland Drive (Malcolm Randolph, Catherine Walker and Frank Hargrove represented the landlord).


Kalyan Plaza, LLC recently purchased the 17,320 SF property at 11520 Nuckols Road in Glen Allen from Doswell Ventures, LLC for $2,600,000. Frank Hargrove of Colliers International represented the seller.


Commonwealth Commercial Partners, LLC recently announced the following lease transactions in Henrico County: Law Firm of Alan B. Gnapp, PLC – renewed its lease of 1,390 SF at 3957 Westerre Parkway (Eric Hammond, Russell Wyatt and Eliza Izard represented the landlord); Performance Food Group, Inc. – leased 0.5 acres at 7400 Impala Drive (Chip Louthan represented the landlord); Fidelity National Title Insurance Company – renewed its lease of 9,861 SF at 7130 Glen Forest Drive (Eric Hammond, Eliza Izard and Russell Wyatt represented the landlord).

Maritza Pechin recently joined Thalhimer Realty Partners, Inc. as director of development. Before joining TRP, Pechin was head of innovative finance and delivery at the U.S. Department of Transportation’s Build America Bureau, where she assisted public entities in exploring financing solutions, including public-private partnerships, to accelerate project delivery. She also was previously a deputy director with the City of Richmond, where she led planning and real estate projects, including the Diamond District and City Center redevelopments. Pechin was the project manager for Richmond 300: A Guide for Growth, the city’s national award-winning master plan. Additionally, she was previously a consultant with AECOM and the development manager at Fulton Hill Properties. Since moving to Richmond in 2011, Pechin has been an active member of Storefront for Community Design, RVA Rapid Transit, the Urban Land Institute, Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW), and the American Planning Association and served as an adjunct professor in the graduate planning program at VCU. She is a graduate of Harvard College and the University of Pennsylvania.


Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer recently announced the following lease transactions in Henrico County: LaBelle & Company, LLC – renewed its lease of 5,327 SF of retail space at Gold’s Gym Plaza, 8900 West Broad Street (James Ashby IV and Danielle Beckstoffer represented the landlord); Quickway Hibachi – leased 2,000 SF of retail space at 1070 Virginia Center Parkway (Annie O’Connor and James Ashby IV represented the landlord); Blue Innovation, LLC – leased 1,018 SF of office space at Parham Trade Center, 2500 East Parham Road (Isaac DeRegibus represented the landlord and Chrissy Chappell and Craig Douglas represented the tenant).
