U-Haul Co. of Virginia recently announced that Richmond Automotive Sales and Repair, located at 5016 Williamsburg Road in Sandston, has signed on to become a U-Haul neighborhood dealer. The company will serve the Eastern Henrico community by offering U-Haul trucks, trailers, towing equipment and moving supplies.
The Allianz Amphitheater at the Riverfront is hosting three job fairs later this month to hire for several positions, including guest services, ticket takers, security, production, cleaning crew, servers and more. The job fairs will take place Friday, April 25 from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m.; Saturday, April 26 from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.; and Sunday, April 27 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at The Pattern Building, first floor, 470 Tredegar Street in Richmond. Lisa D. Dance, UX research consultant and founder of Henrico-based ServiceEase, will speak at Fairfield Library, 1401 North Laburnum Avenue, on Monday, April 28 from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. ServiceEase helps businesses better understand customers and improve online experiences so customers don’t leave. Services offered include UX audits, customer interviews, usability testing and training. Dance will share strategies from her book, “Today is the Perfect Day to Improve Customer Experiences!,” which will be available for purchase at the free event. Click here for details.
