Glen-Allen based Pinnacle Living, a nonprofit provider of retirement living, has been awarded a Top Workplaces 2024 honor by the Richmond Times-Dispatch along with two of its communities, Cedarfield in Henrico and Hermitage Richmond. This is the seventh consecutive year Pinnacle Living and the two communities have been included on the list. The Top Workplaces list is compiled from team member feedback from an anonymous survey which measured 15 drivers of engaged cultures that are critical to the success of an organization.

Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer recently announced the following lease transactions in Henrico County: Bowen, Lindemann & Scott – renewed its lease of 2,698 SF of office space at Landmark Office Center, 8716-8762 Landmark Road (Amy J. Broderick, Kate Hosko and Isaac DeRegibus represented the landlord); Thairapy Salon, LLC – leased 1,600 SF of retail space at The Shoppes at Staples Mill & Glenside, 7101 Staples Mill Road (Alex T. Wotring and James Ashby IV represented the landlord).

Commonwealth Commercial Partners, LLC recently announced the following lease transactions in Henrico County: Farino Law PLLC – leased 3,267 SF at 3101 West Moore Street (Michael Mayhew and Colton Konvicka represented the landlord); Benchmark Wealth Advisors – renewed its lease of 920 SF at 4198 Cox Road (Eric Hammond, Eliza Izard and Russell Wyatt represented the landlord); Annie Mae and Wes, LLC – leased 1,800 SF at 11201 Patterson Avenue (Tucker Dowdy and Ryan Fanelli represented the landlord); John B. Levy & Company, Inc. – renewed its lease of 3,431 SF at 4510 Cox Road (Eric Hammond, Russell Wyatt and Eliza Izard represented the landlord).

Children’s Dentistry of Virginia recently relocated to 2160 John Rolfe Parkway in Henrico’s West End, according to a report from Richmond BizSense. The 6,300-square-foot building is twice as big as the company’s former office on Gayton Road, about two miles away. The new office is in a refurbished former restaurant building (which housed Autentico’s Kitchen and Hayashi Sushi & Grill) in the John Rolfe Commons shopping center. The new location required an investment of more than $2 million.
