Henrico-based engineering firm JTS now offers structural design services with the addition of Dr. Maurice White, P.E., structural engineer. He has testified as an expert witness in dispute resolution cases in various subject matters and has authored articles in national engineering publications. In addition, JTS has added Don Thrift as a clerks-of-the-works. Thrift has over 40 years of experience planning, overseeing and executing construction projects for state and local government agencies, including historic registered buildings, as well as for commercial clients. JTS provides construction management, structural engineering and forensic evaluations for government agencies and private sector clients.
