Wood Thornton
David Wilkins

Colliers International recently promoted David Wilkins to executive vice president and Wood Thornton to senior vice president. Wilkins has more than 18 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. Throughout his career he has worked with owners, occupiers and developers of commercial real estate to create solutions congruent with their short- and long-term business goals. During the past two years, he handled more than 100 transactions totaling more than $150 million. In 2007, he became a principal of Colliers Virginia and is a member of the Colliers Virginia Board of Directors. Thornton has more than 13 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. His primary focus is representing office and industrial users and owners in leasing and sales transactions. His clients range from Fortune 100 companies to two-partner law offices.


Will Bradley

Will Bradley recently earned a promotion to executive vice president of Colliers International, becoming the youngest person to hold that title in the company's history. Bradley focuses on the disposition of institutional grade investment real estate and leads the Central Virginia office and Industrial Investment Sales team. In the past two years, he handled more than 20 investment sale transactions totaling nearly $250 million. In 2017, he became the youngest principal of Colliers Virginia and in 2019 was named a member of the Colliers Virginia Board of Directors.
