Sandler Training's Henrico location recently announced the addition of Leon Brownlee, who will specialize in new client development for Focus Business Development, powered by Sandler Training. He will hold the title of associate and chief transformation strategist, and will offer training based on Sandler curricula throughout central and western Virginia under the Focus Business Development banner. Brownlee has more than 20 years of sales management and training experience. He attended the Center for Creative Leadership in Greensboro, N.C., graduating from its yearlong leadership excellence program in 2008. He also spent 17 years with Verizon and its legacy companies producing Verizon’s Yellow Pages, and worked three years for Vector Security as commercial sales manager. He earned degrees from Mississippi State University and the University of Memphis.
