Remuda Forest Investment Company, LLC recently purchased the 68,097-square-foot Parham Forest Industrial Park at 2800-2852 E. Parham Road in Henrico. The property is fully leased to tenants representing a number of industries, including medical supply, residential construction, food services and security solutions, and sold for a price of $6.45 million ($95 per square foot). Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer's Eric Robison represented the seller in the transaction, while Gregg W. Beck, also with Thalhimer, represented the purchaser.

Parham Road.
