Marc Austin Highfill, owner of EXIT First Realty (Richmond/Glen Allen), recently was recognized for outstanding sales achievement at the EXIT Realty Corp. International Annual Convention. Highfill reached the Million Dollar Circle for closing more than a million dollars in gross commission, and he was honored with the Titanium Award for closing 150+ real estate transaction sides. His sales team, The Marc Austin Highfill Team, achieved the ranking of No. 4 Team in North America. All awards were calculated for the production year July 1, 2018 to June 30, 2019.


HCA Virginia hospitals have been awarded an ‘A’ in the Fall 2019 Leapfrog Hospital Safety Grade, a national distinction recognizing achievements protecting patients from harm and providing safer health care. Henrico Doctors', Parham Doctors', Johnston-Willis, Chippenham and Retreat Doctors' Hospitals all received an ‘A’ rating. Developed under the guidance of a national expert panel, the Leapfrog Hospital Safety Grade uses 28 measures of publicly available hospital safety data to assign grades to more than 2,600 U.S. acute-care hospitals twice per year. The Safety Grade assigns an ‘A’, ‘B’, ‘C’, ‘D’ or ‘F’ grade to hospitals across the country based on their performance in preventing medical errors, injuries, accidents, infections and other harms to patients in their care.


Statewide Properties purchased the 5,238-square-foot building that houses BetterMed Urgent Care and the 6,554-square-foot space currently leased to Panera Bread and PenFed Realty from Holly Hill Parham, LLC. The buildings are located at 1420 North Parham Road. The sale was handled by Eric Robison and Catharine Spangler of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer.

Broad Street; Poke Sushi Bowl – leased 1,400 SF in Wilton Square at Reynolds Crossing at 6992 Forest Avenue; and Federated Mutual Insurance Company – leased 1,072 SF in Westerre II at 3957 Westerre Parkway.
