THRIVE: Mind + Body + Soul, a women’s wellness center, will open Thursday, Oct. 24 at 4200 Park Place Court in Glen Allen. The newly-renovated space encompasses over 10,000 square feet. THRIVE encourages women to explore, grow and express themselves through education, exploration, fitness and self-care. A variety of services will be available including a creative therapy room, a therapeutic sand play area, an anti-aging fitness room, classes, seminars, and spa services among others.
