Through a partnership announced recently, Sheetz has been named the official convenience store of Richmond Raceway. Sheetz will hold the exclusive naming rights to a FanGrounds Neighborhood and the Scout Village as well as become the presenting sponsor for the Scout Experience.


Atlantic Union Bank has fully leased 4300 Cox Road in the Innsbrook Corporate Center. The class A office building, consisting of 69,620 square feet, had been vacant for approximately four years. Will McGoogan of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer handled the lease negotiations on behalf of the tenant, and Evan Magrill and Dean Meyer, also with Thalhimer, represented the landlord.


The Airport Business Association will hold its monthly networking event on Wednesday, Sept. 18 from 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. at the Four Points by Sheraton Richmond Airport. The Small Business and Supplier Diversity will offer a workshop on capital at the Women’s Business Center RVA, 1510 Willow Lawn Drive, Suite 100, on Thursday, Sept. 26 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. This free workshop will discuss one of the major challenges facing small businesses – the lack of sufficient capital to sustain and/or grow.
