Chris Howard of Fastsigns of Richmond - West End in Henrico recently received a Silver Sales Award from the company during its Fastsigns Outside Sales Summit in St. Louis, Missouri. The awards are presented to outside sales professionals who generated sales between $500,000 and $699,999 from July 1, 2018 to June 30 this year. Only 32 such employees throughout the company's 700 independently owned stores in nine countries earned the award. Howard joined Fastsigns of Richmond - West End in 2015.
Draper Aden Associates, a Mid-Atlantic engineering, surveying and environmental services firm, recently promoted Michael Lund, EIT to division manager for the firm’s Underground Transmission & Distribution Engineering Division. Lund joined Draper Aden in May 2018 and previously worked at Utility Professionals, Inc. and Dominion Energy. He has extensive experience with electric distribution design projects. Lund manages the firm’s efforts in the Strategic Underground program for both Area 1 (Northern Virginia) and Area 4 (Central Virginia), including surveying, design, right-of-way acquisition, and construction support services. He received a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Virginia Military Institute and will be based in the firm’s Henrico County office.
