• Kyle Burns has joined as business development manager. He was previously with Shurm Homes and is a graduate of Elon University.
• Rachel Atkinson has joined Genesis Community Management as portfolio manager. She was previously with Hampden Sydney College Admissions.
At HHHunt Corporation:
• Cami Trainham has joined as corporate communications manager. She was previously with THInc.IT LLC and is a graduate of Longwood University.
Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer recently reported the following real estate transactions in Henrico County: Spirit Halloween – leased 18,017 SF in Staples Mill Square at 9001 Staples Mill Road; Hand and Stone – leased an additional 3,594 SF for a total of approximately 6,000 total SF occupied in The Corner at Short Pump at 11783 W. Broad Street; Ramey Kemp & Associates, Inc. – renewed its lease of 2,224 SF at 4339 Cox Road; PM Building Maintenance Corp. – renewed its lease of 1,800 SF at 5330-B Lewis Road; and Chipotle Mexican Grill – renewed its lease at 1070 Virginia Center Parkway.
