Beth Dalton

Beth Dalton, a real estate professional since 2003, has been named managing broker of Long & Foster Real Estate’s Tuckahoe and Centerpointe offices locally. She most recently managed Long & Foster’s Blacksburg office. Dalton began her real estate career at a large settlement company before earning her real estate license in 2003. She worked with a competing broker before joining Long & Foster in 2010. Virginia Realtors named her Manager of the Year in 2015, and the New River Valley Association of Realtors honored her as Realtor of the Year in 2008. Dalton is currently vice president of Virginia Realtors, and she will serve as president-elect in 2020 and president in 2021. Dalton is a National Association of Realtors’ Leadership Academy graduate and holds a bachelor of science degree from Radford University.

RVA8003, LLC recently purchased a 6,150-square-foot retail property at 8003 West Broad Street from RDKMT, LLC for $1.01 million as an investment. Michael A. Shaia of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer handled the sale negotiations on behalf of the seller.

Donna Procise

Donna Procise, a veteran sales associate, certified trainer and supervising broker with Long & Foster Real Estate’s Westham sales office in Henrico, recently earned the Realtor Emeritus status from the National Association of Realtors. The status recognizes that Procise has been a member of the National Association of Realtors for more than 40 years. Procise has been a sales associate in the Richmond area since 1979. She has served on various committees as well as on the Board of Directors of the Richmond Association of Realtors. She has been recognized as one of the top instructors at both the Richmond Association of Realtors and at Long & Foster.

First Watch, the fastest-growing daytime only restaurant operator in the U.S., has completed a 3,615-square-foot lease to occupy an outparcel space at Regency, 8631 Quioccasin Road, in Henrico. This will be First Watch’s third location in the Richmond area, joining spots at The Shoppes at Westgate in Henrico's Far West End and on West Huguenot Road in Chesterfield. The new restaurant will be located near Starbucks on an outparcel of Regency that fronts Quioccasin Road; construction is now underway. David Crawford of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer represented First Watch in the lease negotiations. Connie Jordan Nielsen, Nicki Jassy, and Pam Strieffler, also with Thalhimer, represented the landlord.
