CFT NV Developments, LLC purchased the property situated on 0.71 acres of land from NC Park 1235, LLC for $975,000 for the development of a new Panda Express restaurant. Connie Jordan Nielsen of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer handled the sale negotiations on behalf of the buyer, and Connie Jordan Nielsen and Mark E. Douglas, CCIM, SIOR, also with Thalhimer, represented the seller in the marketing and sale of the asset.
