Glen Allen-based HHHunt Homes recently announced three promotions:

Justin Cullivan has been promoted to construction manager and is responsible for managing the overall construction operation. He joined HHHunt Homes in 2012 and is a graduate of Longwood College.
Jarod Ambrosino has been promoted to operations manager and is responsible for community improvements, and refining systems and processes to better support the Richmond operation. He joined HHHunt Homes in 2006 and is a graduate of Pennsylvania College of Technology.
Jeff Ellis has been promoted to area construction manager. He joined HHHunt Homes in 2015 and is a graduate of Virginia Tech.

Yiasou II, LLC recently purchased 8921-8923 Patterson Avenue, a 4,000-square-foot retail property in Henrico County, from Patterson Avenue Stores, L.L.C. for $725,000 as an investment. Michael A. Shaia of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer handled the sale negotiations on behalf of the seller.

Henrico-based Colortree Group recently announced that it had hired Eric Patterson as vice president of marketing and communications. He will serve as a communications advisor and strategist, leading public relations, branding and advertising, content marketing, social media and event planning. He originally joined the company in 2002 as an estimator and has held various roles since.

Chet Parsons recently was appointed as the director of transportation for the Richmond Regional Planning District Commission. Parsons will manage all aspects of transportation planning, technical assistance to municipalities, regional and statewide transportation policy initiatives, and serve as lead staff to the Richmond Regional Transportation Planning Organization. Parsons holds a bachelor of science in mechanical engineering from North Carolina State University and a master’s degree in urban and regional planning from Virginia Commonwealth University. He also is a certified project manager and a certified transportation planner through the American Institute of Certified Planners. He has more than 20 years of experience in transportation planning.

Parham Road; Famous Brown Legendary Soul Food, Inc. – leased 2,400 SF in Fairfield Shoppers World on Nine Mile Road; Burgerim – leased 2,106 SF in Nuckols Place at 5400 Wyndham Forest Drive; and Classic Nails – renewed its lease of 1,236 SF in Ice Zone Retail Shops at Downtown Short Pump at 4350 Pouncey Tract Road.
