Pediatric Associates of Richmond this month opened its third location. The new location, at 4300 Pouncey Tract Road in Short Pump, was built to better serve PAR’s existing and future patients, according to physician Mark Grabill. The Pouncey Tract location is a 6,218-square-foot space featuring 12 exam rooms, a lab and lactation support services, including a dedicated lactation room. The practice also has locations on Three Chopt Road in Henrico's Near West End and Bell Creek Road in Mechanicsville. It was founded in 1952.

Henrico-based Fusion recently announced the appointment of Joseph Tan as sales & account manager in Asia Pacific. In his new role as the regional lead of Fusion Asia Pacific, Tan, who is based in Singapore, is tasked with expanding Fusion’s footprint and managing key clients within the region. He reports to Tiffany Penn, chief relationship officer of Fusion. Prior to this appointment, Tan managed the travel business for Allianz Partners in Singapore, where he was responsible for strategic growth initiatives and client management. He has eight years of progressive experience across a broad range of business development functions in the finance and insurance industry, with a unique specialization in the travel segment.

Taylor Long Properties recently conducted a lease transaction between MCP West Broad Marketplace, LLC (Landlord) and RVARows, LLC d/b/a Row House for 2,268 SF at 12120 West Broad Street, Space 3 E-3. Ellen Long and Vania Farnsworth represented the Tenant.

Commonwealth Commercial Partners, LLC recently reported the following lease transaction: Dominion Packaging, Inc. – leased 20,240 SF at 2500 Distributer Drive (Ben Bruni represented the Tenant).

Norfolk-based Top Guard Security, which has a Henrico office, recently hired its 1,000th employee. The company is the largest woman-owned employer in Virginia. It provides ongoing training for security officers in all areas, including active threat training.
