Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer recently announced that Rett Turner had joined its Richmond office as a first vice president specializing in office agency and tenant representation. Turner has 15 years of commercial real estate experience, most recently with Northwood Office LLC, a full-service commercial real estate firm in Charlotte, N.C., where he focused on leasing office space in the business community of Ballantyne. Since 2012, his team has completed more than 700 transactions whose lease values are in excess of $800 million. Prior to joining Northwood, that acquired Bissell Companies and its Ballantyne portfolio in 2017, Turner worked as a broker with CBRE in Charlotte. Originally from Richmond, he is a 2004 graduate of Hampden-Sydney College.
Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer recently reported the following lease transactions: Glenside Medical Associates, P.C. – renewed its lease of 8,400 SF in Staples Mill Shopping Center at 4026 Glenside Drive; InHealthRVA, LLC – leased 2,713 SF in Vistas I at 5540 Falmouth Street; and Code Ninjas – leased 1,614 SF in Parkside Marketplace at 10875 W. Broad Street.
