Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer announced the following promotions for their Commercial Property Services Group:
- Mary Kaye Willis has been promoted to vice president. Willis joined the company in 2014 as portfolio manager and was promoted to director of property services in 2016. In addition to her leadership responsibilities, she manages a commercial portfolio for some of the firm’s key clients.
- Melody Almonte, CPM has been promoted to associate director. Almonte joined Thalhimer’s Commercial Property Services Group in their Virginia Beach office in January 2016 as portfolio manager and was promoted to senior portfolio in February 2018.
- Ann Allen has been promoted to associate director. Allen has been with Thalhimer for 14 years. Most recently she was a senior portfolio manager in the Fredericksburg office until her promotion to team lead in 2018.
- Chrissy Price, ACoM has been promoted to senior portfolio manager. Price joined Thalhimer’s Roanoke office in August 2016 as portfolio manager, where she manages a commercial portfolio of office, retail and industrial.
- Jason Crowder has been promoted to senior portfolio manager. Crowder joined Thalhimer’s Richmond office in May 2018 as portfolio manager, where he manages a commercial portfolio of office, retail, industrial and medical.
- Paul Spellman has been promoted to portfolio manager/team lead. Spellman joined Thalhimer’s Commercial Property Services Group in their Fredericksburg office in January 2018 as portfolio manager. He manages a commercial portfolio consisting of office, retail and industrial and will lead and oversee the maintenance team in Fredericksburg.

Commonwealth Commercial Partners, LLC recently reported the following real estate transaction: Woodman West, LLC – purchased eight acres at Mountain and Woodman Roads from FRG Land, LLC for $650,000 (Sam Worley and Ryan Fanelli represented the Purchaser).
Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer recently reported the following lease transactions: Better Business Bureau – leased 10,363 SF in East Shore I at 100 Eastshore Drive; and Nicholson Sprinkler Corporation – leased 7,030 SF at 3607-3609 Mayland Court.
