State Farm welcomes new agent Cristel Noel to its family of Good Neighbor Agents in Richmond. Cristel Noel Agency, located at 1006 Pump Road, Suite 202, officially opened its doors Dec. 1. Noel, originally from Mexico, moved to Charlottesville seven years ago to work for a State Farm agent. She studied International Business and Marketing in Puebla, Mexico and Shanghai, China.
