Colony Building, LLC purchased the land from Quioccasin Properties, LLC for $217,500 as an investment. Alan Properties LLC (Alan Furs) has purchased a site at 10300 West Broad Street in Glen Allen from Vintage Properties, LLC for $1.9 million. Have Site Will Travel, Ltd and The Man with Square Feet John Jay Schwartz represented the purchaser in the transaction.
