Have Site Will Travel, Ltd and The Man With Square Feet recently announced the lease of 1,600 square feet at West Broad Marketplace, Glen Allen. The tenant is The Good Feet Store and the landlord is MCP West Broad Marketplace. John Jay Schwartz, MCR, RPA, IBC represented the tenant.

Sales Associate Zoe Davari of Weichert, Realtors – Baron & Snipes, Co. in Glen Allen recently completed the Weichert Real Estate Affiliates, Inc. Fast Track training, which is designed to help quickly bring new agents, as well as current agents interested in taking a refresher course, up to speed on the latest information and technology available to real estate professionals.

Henrico-based HHHunt has announced promotions for five members and the addition of a new member on the company’s Finance and Accounting team:

• Steve Brant was promoted to vice president of finance and corporate treasurer. He will oversee the financing relationships for HHHunt’s community development and home building operations.
• Cheryl Fulghum was promoted to corporate controller. She is responsible for reporting and budgeting consolidating across all lines of business.
• Katelyn Willis was promoted to controller with HHHunt Homes. She is responsible for accounting oversight for all Homes divisions in Richmond, Hampton Roads and Raleigh.
• Ashley Payne was promoted to assistant controller. She will prepare and reconcile monthly financial statements, summary reports and draw requests for the HHHunt Communities division.
• Brian Myers was promoted to vice president of finance for Income Properties. He is responsible for securing financing for new apartment and senior living communities and managing the existing income properties portfolio.
• Craig Koller joined the team as vice president of finance for Income Properties. He is responsible for evaluating and executing HHHunt’s portfolio and analyzing future capital investments for adherence to the company’s overall capital strategy.

Commonwealth Commercial Partners, LLC recently reported the following lease transactions: New Millennium Senior Living Communities, LLC – purchased 10.6 acres at North Gayton and Pouncey Tract Roads in Henrico from Bacova Texas, LLC for $2,023,912.50; and Paul Melnick Jr. and Associates – leased 2,679 SF at 1802 Bayberry Court in Henrico.

Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer recently reported the following lease transactions in Henrico County: County of Henrico, Virginia – renewed its lease of 10,446 SF in Park Buildings at 4206 Park Place Court; Kool Smiles – leased 6,000 SF in The Shoppes at Staples Mill & Glenside at 7101 Staples Mill Road; GEICO – leased 4,773 SF in East Shore I at 100 Eastshore Drive; and Veritas HHS – leased 1,213 SF in Vistas I at 5540 Falmouth Street.
