Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer recently completed the following lease transaction in Henrico County: TJ Maxx – leased 21,089 SF in Parham Plaza Shopping Center at North Parham Road at Quioccasin Road. Connie Jordan Nielsen and Nicki Jassy handled the lease negotiations on behalf of the landlord.
Commonwealth Commercial Partners, LLC recently reported the following real estate transaction: The Capital Management Corporation – renewed its 3,698 SF lease at 4101 Cox Road in Henrico County. Jamie Galanti represented the tenant.
HHHunt’s Asset Management Group recently announced new leadership roles within its Properties Development Division, which acquires, develops and constructs apartment and senior living communities.
- Robert Chappelle was promoted to vice president of development and construction. He is responsible for leading the Properties Development team and overseeing all activities from site acquisition, development, entitlement and construction of HHHunt Apartment Living and Senior Living communities. Chappelle joined HHHunt in 2013 and has served as director of product development and design and senior project manager.
- Scott Hale was promoted to director of construction. He is responsible for the management and oversight of construction activities for HHHunt Apartment Living and Senior Living communities, including field supervision of subcontractors, financial oversight and reporting for all construction projects. Hale joined HHHunt in 2015 and has more than 25 years of development and construction experience.
- Ashley Peace was hired as director of real estate development. She is responsible for managing land use development and entitlement processes for Apartment Living and Senior Living communities throughout Virginia. She has more than a decade of real estate development experience.

Hill Management, LLC recently purchased a 6,000-square-foot industrial building situated on 4.75 acres at 8500 Meadowbridge Road in Henrico County for $722,000 as an investment from Ellerson Land, LLC. Isaac DeRegibus and Graham Stoneburner of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer handled the sale negotiations on behalf of the seller.
