OrthoVirginia, the state’s largest provider of multi-disciplinary musculoskeletal care and therapy, recently named Dale Ingram as chief executive officer. An experienced healthcare leader, Ingram spent the last 16 years in leadership roles at The Cardinal Orthopaedic Institute and Orthopedic One in Columbus, Ohio. He served as chief executive officer of The Cardinal Orthopaedic Institute prior to the merger that created Orthopedic One, where he served as co-CEO, then COO, of the new entity. Prior to hiswork in the orthopaedic industry, Ingram served in leadership roles at the National Retina Institute in Baltimore, Md., where he oversaw all operations and the management team of the practice. During that time, he opened new offices throughout Washington, D.C. and Northern Virginia.


Glen Allen resident Christopher Rogerson recently joined Towne Insurance as vice president, manager of Select Business Unit. In his new role, he will be responsible for further development of Towne's Select Business Unit strategy, as well as integrating that business model in offices throughout Virginia and North Carolina. Rogerson has more than 20 years of experience in the insurance industry. He most recently held commercial underwriting and personal lines leadership positions with Hanover Insurance Group.


Rob Rowley

The Henrico Division of Fire recently promoted Lieutenant Rob Rowley to captain and named him as public information officer, effective Dec. 7. Rowley has served a number of administrative and operational roles in his 18 years with Henrico Fire.

For the past 25 years, Sheetz For the Kidz has partnered with The Salvation Army to make the holiday season brighter for more than 100,000 underprivileged kids across the Mid-Atlantic. Cliff Hamner

Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer recently announced that Cliff Hamner, senior portfolio manager and team lead, has been promoted to director, Property Services. He will be responsible for managing several accounts in the Metro Richmond market, while leading the strategic objectives for Thalhimer’s Fredericksburg Commercial Property Management Group. Hamner has more than 25 years management experience with institutional-grade clients in all property types and has been with Thalhimer more than five years.
