Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer’s Capital Markets Group recently represented the seller in the sale of Tower Plaza in Henrico County and Rockwood Plaza in Chesterfield County. The 22,580- and 38,954-square-foot unanchored retail centers were sold as a portfolio and were 91 percent and 100 percent leased, respectively, at the time of the sale. The shopping centers were sold for $6,225,000 Sept. 7. Sale negotiations were handled by Catharine Spangler and assisted by Calvin Griffith with Thalhimer’s Capital Markets Group and Richard Thalhimer.

CBRE|Richmond recently announced that Jimmy Fitch had joined the CBRE|Richmond Property Management group as an assistant real estate manager. Fitch comes to CBRE|Richmond with years of experience in residential property management. He holds a bachelor of arts from East Tennessee State University, and a bachelor of science in property management from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.
Suttlar-Blanche, LLC recently purchased a 1,800-square-foot office condo at 3751 Westerre Parkway, Suite C, from Franklin Leasing Associates for $315,000 as an investment. Reilly Marchant of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer handled the sale negotiations on behalf of the buyer, and Isaac DeRegibus, also with Thalhimer, represented the seller.
Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer recently completed the following lease transactions in Henrico County: Batzli Stiles Butler PC – renewed its lease of 11,901 SF in Westerre II at 3957 Westerre Parkway; and The Huf Center – renewed its lease of 8,450 SF in Newbridge Square at 6011 Nine Mile Road.
Lee Johnson recently purchased a 7,600-square-foot industrial building situated on 1.0 acre of land at 7305 Brook Road in Henrico from Chipson Land Development Company, LLC for $740,000 as an investment.
