Annie O’Connor

Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer recently announced that Annie O’Connor has joined the Richmond office as a senior associate specializing in retail sales and leasing. Prior to joining Thalhimer, she was an associate with Colliers International, where she specialized in retail sales and leasing with a focus on restaurants. She previously worked for Sysco Virginia as an account manager. She is a member of the Greater Richmond Association for Commercial Real Estate and the International Council of Shopping Centers. O'Connor is a graduate of Douglas Freeman High School in Henrico and The University of South Carolina. She serves as a mentor through the Big Brothers Big Sisters program and is a JV girls’ lacrosse coach at Freeman High School.


Taylor Long Properties recently announced the following lease transaction in Henrico County: Elliott Cox dba Elliott’s, LLC – leased 2,500 SF at 4346 S. Laburnum Ave. from Westover Apartments, LLC. Ellen Long and Brian Bock represented the landlord.


Baker Lynn

Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer recently announced that Baker Lynn has joined the Richmond office, specializing in office leasing and sales. Prior to joining Thalhimer, Lynn was a leasing manager for Allegiancy, LLC where he oversaw leasing efforts for a portfolio consisting of more than four million square feet in 43 properties in six states. He is a graduate of Hampden-Sydney College.


Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer recently completed the following lease transactions in Henrico County: Hanger Prosthetics & Orthotics – renewed its lease of 4,834 SF of retail space at Merchants Walk Shopping Center at 7594 W. Broad St.; Icon Realty Group, LLC – leased 2,172 SF of office space at Rocketts Landing at 210 Rocketts Way; Penny Plate LLC – leased 1,547 SF of office space at Cox Court at 4461 Cox Rd.; and Ronald A. Williams, LTD – leased 1,005 SF of office space at Vistas I at 5540 Falmouth St.


Integrative Regional Medical Center formally opened in Mechanicsville Aug. 1. Tyler Yeatts

Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer recently announced that Tyler Yeatts has achieved the Accredited Commercial Manager designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management. Yeatts is a portfolio manager in Thalhimer’s Richmond office, managing a mixed portfolio of office, industrial, retail and association properties. He has been with the firm since February 2017. The ACoM designation is awarded to real estate managers who have met IREM’s rigid requirements in areas of education, experience, and commitment to a code of ethics.
