HCA Virginia’s Henrico Doctors’ Hospital has earned the 2018 Labor and Delivery Excellence Award from Healthgrades, the leading online resource for comprehensive information about physicians and hospitals. This distinction places Henrico Doctors’ within the top 10 percent of all hospitals evaluated for the exceptional care of mothers during labor and delivery. In addition, Henrico Doctors’ is recognized as a five-star recipient for Vaginal Delivery in 2017 and 2018, and a five-star recipient for C-Section delivery for 2016, 2017 and 2018.


Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer recently completed the following lease transactions in Henrico County: The Bell Co. LLC – renewed its lease of 6,670 SF – at 6719 Janway Rd.; and Zara Grill Mediterranean Food – leased 1,632 SF in Parkside Marketplace at 10875 W. Broad St.

Liz DeLaney

CBRE|Richmond recently announced that Liz DeLaney had joined the CBRE|Richmond Lease Administration Team. DeLaney previously worked for Shockoe Company (now known as Dodson Property Management after a 2017 merger) as a commercial lease administrator and portfolio manager. She holds a bachelor of arts in communication from the University of Alabama, with a specialization in advertising.


GRASP (GReat Aspirations Scholarship Program, Inc.), a nonprofit college-access organization that assists students and families in obtaining funding for post-secondary education, recently elected Kenneth M. Dye as its chairman of the Board of Directors. Dye retired as the senior director of government and community affairs for Comcast Metro Richmond and previously served as vice president and general manager for AT&T Broadband. He is a graduate of Oberlin College with a degree in communications studies and also is a graduate of Leadership Metro Richmond and Comcast’s Executive Leadership Forum. He has served as vice-chairman of the Virginia Holocaust Museum; treasurer of the Phoenix Project; trustee of the Virginia Museum of Fine Arts; board member of the Richmond YMCA; president of the Virginia Voice for the Print Handicapped; founding member of the Friends of African and African-American Art; executive committee member of Richmond Region 2007; board member of the GROW Capital Jobs Foundation; and director of The Richmond Forum.


Richmond Den Associates, L.L.P., represented by Isaac DeRegibus of Cushman & Wakefield |Thalhimer, recently purchased the Denny's restaurant at the corner of Dickens Road and West Broad Street in Henrico's Near West End for $1.55 million.
