Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer recently completed the following lease transactions in Henrico County: Sleep Essentials – renewed its lease of 4,870 SF at 5391 Glen Alden Dr.; Village MD – renewed its lease of 4,441 SF in the Colonnade Building at 4050 Innslake Dr.; Victorious Living Christian Center – renewed its lease of 2,500 SF at 5206 Nine Mile Rd.; and Sport Clips – leased 1,200 SF in Twin Hickory Shopping Center at 11341 Nuckols Rd.
Midtown Land Partners, LLC recently purchased a former bank branch located at 2420 Staples Mill Road in the Willow Lawn area of Henrico. The company paid $1.35 million for the 3,184 square-foot retail building, situated on about three-quarters of an acre.
