Wilton Northgate Company, LLC recently purchased the 35,483-square-foot Northgate Center, located at 8002-8030 Staples Mill Road in Henrico from Northgate Associates, LLC for $2.6 million as an investment. The center is situated on 9.13 acres. Gregg W. Beck of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer handled the sale negotiations on behalf of the buyer and also will act as leasing representative for available space within the center.
Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer recently completed the following lease transactions in Henrico County: The Salvation Army – leased an additional 4,514 SF at 7496 W. Broad St.; and Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa – leased 3,000 SF in Ridge Shopping Center at 1500-1552 Parham Rd.
