CBRE|Richmond recently announced that Brian Hill has joined its project management team. He is a project manager for the company's Government Specialty Group, which focuses on managing government properties throughout the nation. Prior to joining CBRE|Richmond, Hill worked for Lakewood Continuing Care Retirement Community as a facilities manager, where he oversaw facilities maintenance operations and managed capital construction projects on a 125-acre campus. He has a bachelor of science in building surveying from Anglia Polytechnic University in Chelmsford, England.

Taylor Long Properties recently announced that East Coast Endodontics, P.C. had leased 3,184 square feet of space for a medical office at The Row at GreenGate in Henrico. ME Nuckols Building J, LLC is the landlord.
