Taylor Long Properties recently announced the following lease transactions in Henrico County: B&B Fitness, LLC dba Club Pilates – leased 1,976 SF from Nuckols Place VFI, LC (landlord) at Nuckols Place, 5400 Wyndham Forest Dr.; Jamil Rasheed dba Just Wright Variety Store – renewed its lease at Laburnum Park Shopping Center, 4320 S. Laburnum Ave.; and King of Pops Richmond, LLC dba King of Pops – leased 3,279 SF from Delta Dri Dock, LLC (landlord) at 2034 Dabney Rd. Suite B.

Greater Richmond ARC has hired a director of day services and two new supervisors for its newest location, ARC @ Staples Mill. Monique Davis has been named Greater Richmond ARC’s director of day services. In this role, she will supervise Youth Day and Adult Day programs at all of its locations: Camp Baker, Saunders Avenue and Staples Mill Road. She previously was a case manager and compliance specialist at A Grace Place in Richmond and before that a case manager for Human Health Insurance. Davis has 15 years of experience in clinical settings including intensive in-home, group home and foster care. Marsha Christian is supervisor of adult day services for ARC @ Staples Mill. She previously was a program manager for A Grace Place for nearly two decades. Leeanne Jones is supervisor of adult day health for ARC @ Staples Mill that includes a memory program for individuals with dementia and Alzheimer’s and opens later this year. She is a certified dementia practitioner and previously was an employment specialist at Branches of Life Day Services.


Amanda Jonas

Amanda Jonas has been promoted to director of community development for HHHunt Communities. She was previously legal and CIC specialist and has been a part of the Communities team for over 15 years. Her new role involves directing and managing all aspects of community development with a focus on land and builder contracts, zoning, architectural design standard development and implementation, and common interest community start up and management.


Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer recently announced the following lease transactions in Henrico County: Virginia Estate & Trust Law, PLC – leased 7,618 SF in Bayberry Office Building at 1700 Bayberry Ct.; and West Home Health Care, Inc. – leased 4,100 SF in Dabney Corporate Center at 2026-C Dabney Rd.


Meg Tunstall

Meg Tunstall has been promoted to director of community management for Genesis Community Management, a subsidiary of HHHunt Communities. She was previously director of operations. Her new role involves the startup of new community HOAs,  assisting the Land Development Team with new technologies, including Customer Management Systems and partnering with the Business Development team at the front end with community design and modeling.
